Martine holds a degree in translation from the University of Strasbourg and, drawing on her linguistic expertise, began her professional career straight away by working for international professional firms.

She is responsible for the firm’s organisational management, playing a key role in the automation, optimisation and continuous improvement of internal procedures. Her responsibilities include managing human resources and relations with clients and suppliers, overseeing compliance, maintaining creo+’s corporate image and handling communications. More broadly, she assists the Managing Partner with cross-functional operational support, helping to ensure efficiency, coordination and smooth running of the firm’s activities.
