Daniela graduated in law, magna cum laude, at the University of Milan in 1998.
Daniela is enrolled in the Milan Lawyers’ Bar since 2002 and in Bar of the Supreme Court of Cassation since 2016.
She worked for a number of years for leading law firms as Danovi, Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associatiand Curtis Mallet-Prevost Colt & Mosle (Milan and New York offices), gaining broad experience in M&A and Corporate.
She represents both Italian and foreign clients: she successfully debated the matter of “punitive damages” before the United Sections of the Court of Cassation.
Daniela co-operates with the University of Milan-Bicocca since 2008 in the role of Assistant Professor of “Corporate and Company Law”. She also lectures on Masters courses in banking and finance.
