Paola graduated from the Catholic University in Milan and, in almost twenty-five years of professional practice, has dealt with a wide range of civil law issues, with a particular focus on commercial and corporate law.

She assists companies and entrepreneurs in the acquisition/sale of shareholdings, in the drafting of complex business agreements and in commercial contracts.

She has gained extensive experience in all phases of litigation, particularly in contract and bankruptcy law.
