Marcello is registered with the Bar Association and is qualified to practise before the Court of Cassation and the Higher Courts.<\/p>\n

He is an expert in civil law and corporate criminal law and has gained considerable experience in the field of administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231\/2001 and data protection<\/em>, drafting organisational models and holding positions as Supervisory Body and Data Protection Officer<\/em>, including for companies belonging to international groups.<\/p>\n

He also has extensive experience in civil litigation, with particular regard to disputes concerning contractual and non-contractual liability and relating to various types of damage.<\/p>\n
