Marco has graduated in both, Business Economy and Law. He is enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Tax Advisors of Milan, admitted to the Milan bar and enrolled in the national register of Legal Financial Auditors.<\/p>\n
Marco has many years of vast experience accrued in international taxation and the related tax litigation and audits. He is particularly knowledgeable about transfer pricing and, more generally, the application of conventions for the avoidance of double taxation and EU tax directives.
\nHe has also gained significant experience in legal and tax assistance in M&A transactions and, in general, extraordinary corporate transactions. He assists entrepreneurs in the drafting of articles of incorporation and shareholders’ agreements and as counsel in corporate litigation, in which he has also acted as warranty administrator on behalf of lending institutions following the enforcement of share pledges.
\nMarco has also been involved in large complex liquidations, managing the related negotiations with the MISE (Italian Ministry of Economic Development) and national unions, even taking on the position of liquidator.<\/p>\n
