Paola graduated from the Catholic University in Milan and, in almost twenty-five years of professional practice, has dealt with a wide range of civil law issues, with a particular focus on commercial and corporate law.<\/p>\n

She assists companies and entrepreneurs in the acquisition\/sale of shareholdings, in the drafting of complex business agreements and in commercial contracts.<\/p>\n

She has gained extensive experience in all phases of litigation, particularly in contract and bankruptcy law.<\/p>\n
