Piero is the head of the firm’s criminal and compliance practice.

He is currently the President of  “Criminal Lawyers in Multipractice Law Firms” and is listed in the Chambers directory in the white collar crime sector.

Piero is member of the Milan Bar since 1996 and he has been assisting companies and entrepreneurs in proceedings for corporate, tax, bankruptcy and public administration offenses and has particular experience in health, safety and environmental protection offenses, for which he also lectures.

He is author of numerous publications and has been a speaker at many conferences including a Master’s program at university.

He is a member of the Criminal Justice Commission of the Milan Bar Association.

He has also been involved in 231 prevention and compliance for many years and is chairman of several Supervisory Bodies .
