Having graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, she has been registered with the Association of Chartered Accountants of Milan since 1996, and with the Register of Statutory Auditors since 1995.

Since 2014, she has been Auditor for local authorities. Over the years, she has developed a strong expertise in national and international tax, corporate, and accounting matters. She assists companies both in their regular compliance and in special operations, mainly involving mergers and acquisitions, as well as the acquisition or disposal of shareholdings or business units. She holds positions as a Board Member and/or Auditor in companies and public entities.
