Graduated in Economy at the University of Turin in 2006 (BA), since 2013 Alessandro is a member of Milan’s Bar of Chartered Accountants and Tax Advisors (tax advisors section).
Since 2014, he also acts as statutory auditor. He has developed over the years solid experience in tax, domestic and international, and financial reporting matters. He assists companies in both their ordinary compliance and special transactions/investments, including the use of tax incentives and due diligence in connection with corporate mergers and acquisitions of shareholdings or business units.
