Marcello is registered with the Bar Association and is qualified to practise before the Court of Cassation and the Higher Courts.

He is an expert in civil law and corporate criminal law and has gained considerable experience in the field of administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 and data protection, drafting organisational models and holding positions as Supervisory Body and Data Protection Officer, including for companies belonging to international groups.

He also has extensive experience in civil litigation, with particular regard to disputes concerning contractual and non-contractual liability and relating to various types of damage.

He is the author of numerous publications, including the monograph “I Nuovi Reati Societari” (Milan, 2008, UTET Editore) and articles on Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, in the field of which he also teaches; he has been a speaker and lecturer in various courses, master’s programmes and conferences.
