Marcello is a Member of the Milan Bar since 24/06/2004 and is admitted to the Supreme Court since 23/09/2016.

Marcello is an expert lawyer in corporate and criminal law and has accrued considerable experience in the administrative liability of entities in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no 231/2001 and data protection, drafting organisational models and holding positions as Supervisory Body and Data Protection Officer.

He also has extensive legal experience, particularly with employment disputes regarding biological damages.
