Michele graduated in Business Administration in Bocconi University and has been an AIAF (Italian Association for Financial Analysis) member since 2000.

Michele is skilled in business management and consulting with over twenty years of experience as a manager in small and medium companies, following every administrative matter. He is an expert in drafting models and procedures for the monitoring of “companies set-up” in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 14/2019, and also procedures for data protection.

He holds the position of ISO 11697 Certified Data Protection Officer.
