Marco holds a degree in Business Economics. He is enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants of Milan and in the National Register of Auditors.

In his professional activity he deals with corporate and tax matters, financial statement analysis, company valuations, due diligence, financial fraud investigations, audits, asset valuations, extraordinary transactions, management control, and generational handover of business. He is also assists Foundations and no-profit entities.

He holds positions as statutory auditor and financial auditor in several companies and public entities and as liquidator of several companies.

He acts as technical expert for the Court of Milan and party expert in civil and criminal cases.
